Product Delivery & Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, our beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned. It is essential to check the ingredients before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your skin. In the event of a fault with the product itself, it can be returned for review and potential exchange.
Some of our deliveries will be handled by Royal Mail. Please note that in the rare event of a lost item during transit, the matter will need to be raised directly with Royal Mail for resolution.
